You can enrich the Knowledge Hub using diverse data sources such as your website, knowledge base, PDFs, and more.

Chatbot Widget

The next step in elevating your customer experience is creating a chatbot widget, your virtual assistant's interface on your website. This is the primary medium through which your customers will engage, so it's crucial to make it visually appealing and user-friendly.

To get started with your chatbot widget, head over to the Chatbot Manager tab on our website.

Great news! Setting up your chatbot widget is even simpler than configuring an agent.
