Hello! 😊 At CLAYDY, we believe in making learning simple and effective. The magic behind this is our CLAYDY Knowledge Hub.
Imagine the Knowledge Hub as the brain of your agent – everything your agent knows is derived from here.
Accessing the Knowledge Hub is a breeze. Just click on this link and you're in!

Each agent you have comes with its own distinct Knowledge Hub, allowing for tailored customization based on specific tasks.
Once inside, you'll encounter three types of data sets:
Real-time datasets are dynamic and constantly updated. Any changes made to these datasets at the source will automatically sync with your agent.
For example, integrating a Google Sheet will ensure that any updates in the sheet reflect instantly in your agent’s knowledge base, even if you edit the Google Sheet later on.

Pretty cool, right? Learn more about real-time datasets here.
As the name suggests, one-time datasets are static and used for a single instance of training. They do not update in real-time.
Consider a PDF or Word document on your computer. You can upload it, and the agent will be trained using the content from that document.

Interactive datasets are unique, enabling your agent to integrate multimedia elements like pictures and videos directly into conversations. This is particularly useful for providing visual assistance to users.

For instance, you can upload a picture and describe its content. This allows the agent to understand and use the picture appropriately in its responses.

Once you’re familiar with the Knowledge Hub, you’ll see various data set types you can create for your agent.
Clicking on a dataset type will open a dialog box, prompting you to either insert or upload your data. For example, with a Google Sheet, you'll need to provide the URL.

Below this, you'll find a feed of all the datasets you've added. Each item is color-coded and clearly labeled for easy identification, including data type and the last synced time.
In essence, that's the CLAYDY Knowledge Hub. The key is to maintain and update your datasets to keep your agent equipped with the latest information to assist your users effectively.
Keep learning and keep exploring! 😄
