Adding CLAYDY's chatbot to your website or pages is super simple with our Instant Embed feature.

Here's a step-by-step guide to get you started!

1) Connecting Your Website

Instant Embed works by connecting your website to our system through a unique code placed in your website's footer or source. This is a one-time setup.

Navigate to the Instant Embed page and click on the "Connect a Website" button.

A modal will appear prompting you to add your website:

Enter your website in the field provided and then hit the blue "Continue" button.

The modal will then update and provide you with your unique code:

Place this code 👆 in the footer of your website!

After that, click the "I have added the code" button.

The modal will update once more, instructing you to verify the website:

2) Verifying the Website

Now that the code is added to your website's footer, it's time to verify it!

Open your website with the CLAYDY code in incognito mode and refresh it a few times.

You should see the modal update one last time, confirming that the verification is complete!

3) Displaying the Widget

Once verification is successful, refresh the Instant Embed page. You will see your website listed on the right!

Locate the dropdown labeled "In this website" and choose the setting: "Show in all pages."

Then click the "Apply" button at the bottom right of the page.

The chatbot widget should now be visible on your website!

Troubleshooting

Having trouble verifying your website?
