Our previous Q & A dataset has been revamped to become the primary method for training our AI agents.

Functions 🛠️

Introducing our functions - these datasets were interactive elements in the old knowledge hub, such as calendar, iframe, pictures, recommended articles, and more.

Embeddings 📚

This section includes the rest of the knowledge hub, featuring tools like Google Sheets with real-time synchronization, PDF training materials, etc.

Reference Your Q & As ✅

Q & As now include a reference URL feature, allowing you to insert a URL so the AI can inform visitors about the source of its knowledge.

Share Knowledge Between Agents

You can now share knowledge among agents!

Simply navigate to the Knowledge Source settings on your agent's page and select an existing training collection so the agent can use it as its memory.
